Don Sha BBQ sells halal premium BBQ ribs at Timbre+ Eastside
Newly opened in November this year, this stall is helmed by both Don and Sha, who have a combined experience of over 30 years as being a chef and restaurant management separately. Halal BBQ ribs are still quite hard to find in Singapore, especially with their unique method of further smoking the ribs after a long cooking process.
The result? Ribs that are so tender that you don’t need a knife to cut through, rather it just falls off the bone so easily. The best of it all is that it still retains the sweetness and juiciness, just as the way you expect good-quality meat to taste! ?
Their Southern BBQ sauce in particular is a delight to the tastebuds, but there’s a little twist to the tangy, slightly sweet type we all love! Unfortunately, what makes their sauce a little different from others is a secret only Don and Sha will know.
But the good things in life are sometimes best to be kept as secrets, so why not leave our ribs to their good hands! They have been delivering melt-in-your-mouth, extremely flavourful ribs as promised to many happy customers, so there’s nothing for us to worry about! ☺️
