Sentosa is a famous island where locals and international tourists come to find amazing attractions like Universal Studios Singapore, Skyline Luge or S.E.A Aquarium. However, there's a new attraction in town!

SkyHelix Sentosa is the latest attraction on this island resort and is the highest panoramic ride in Singapore! This tall, elegant structure has an open-air gondola that rotates slowly as it rises to a maximum height of 79 metres above sea level. It's a 12-minute ride which includes a 10-minute stop at its peak to let riders enjoy the breathtaking view of Sentosa while they dangle their feet in the air. Concurrently, the gondola will gently rotate to wow passengers with a 360-degree view that stretches from Sentosa to the Keppel Bay area and the Southern Islands.

It will be one of the most relaxing yet thrilling rides where you can take in the view up in the air with a drink or a SkyHelix Sentosa souvenir in hand. The drinks are non-alcoholic and included in the price tickets. A ticket costs $18 per adult and $15 per child between the ages of 4 and 12. You may purchase snacks with additional charges.

This ride is located at the Imbiah Lookout station which is only a 5-minute walk from the Sentosa station if you take the Mount Faber Line. This is the perfect spot if you and your family wish to 'fly' in the sky during the holidays. If you wish to be among the stars, come here at night to feel like you're in a whole new world. After sundown, LED lights will illuminate this place magically.

Fun fact: SkyHelix Sentosa utilizes minimal electricity as it has an energy-efficient design which makes this the first carbon-neutral ride in Singapore. After a fun ride here, head over to one of these halal restaurants in and around Sentosa for a hearty lunch or dinner. From Nasi Briyani to Western food, you'll find all kinds of food for a happy tummy ?
