Starting Nov 29, Singapore and Indonesia will launch the Vaccinated Travel Lane scheme as reported by Straits Times! Singapore will also launch a VTL with India starting Nov 29 as well as Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia from Dec 6. Things You Should Know About VTL Between SG-ID
For now, it will be a unilateral VTL meaning, only travellers from Indonesia are allowed to enter Singapore without quarantine while Singaporeans and permanent residents are required to quarantine upon arrival in Jakarta. According to CNA, Transport Minister S Iswaran said there will be two designated flights between Jakarta and Singapore which will soon increase to four. If you're an Indonesian, then you can enter Singapore quarantine-free starting Nov 29! But, you still need to take a pre-departure PCR test and another one upon arrival at Changi Airport. Your result must be negative before you are free to travel around the island.
