Poulet Bijou Opens At Jewel Changi Airport On March 1st
Titled Poulet Bijou, it’s Poulet’s 8th outlet in Singapore, and they’re going big with a refreshed menu, with new dishes and an all-new halal French dessert menu you absolutely have to try! Their all-new French dessert menu has both sweet and savoury dishes perfect for everyone! No excuse for not eating dessert now ?

Enjoy Poulet’s take on the healthy Chicken Avocado Galette (S$14.90++), which is a type of savoury pancake that’s popular in France! Diced avocado, hand-shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, sunny-side-up egg and caper dressing are spread over a soft flat cake pastry. Now you indulge in this dessert all-day long guilt-free! ?
