An upgrade from their well-loved food cart, the London restaurant (yes, a sit-down restaurant! ?) will open in Leicester Square on 30 March 2019. Serving everything you know and love about The Halal Guys, you can savour grilled chicken sandwiches and gyro over rice platters drizzled with their famous white and hot sauce!
Doesn't that sound like a perfect meal after spending the afternoon at Buckingham Palace? ?

Founded by Egyptian immigrant Mohamed Abouelenein and his friends, Ahmed Elsaka and Abdelbaset Elsayed, this legendary franchise first started as a hot dog cart in 1990 before it evolved into one of the biggest names in American street food scene, serving Middle Eastern and Mediterranean delights.
Originally catered to hungry cab drivers looking for affordable halal food in NYC, The Halal Guys is now serving their tasty sandwiches and platters across the United States (and internationally!) ?

With a global ambition in mind, The Halal Guys opened their first Southeast Asian restaurant in Manila in October 2015, followed by Seoul and Jakarta. We're keeping our fingers crossed for more restaurant openings closer to our home. Till then, stay tuned and stay hungry!
