It's durian season and we're pretty sure all you durian lovers have been on the hunt for the best durian in town to get your fix of the king of fruits. Yes, we kid you not! In the latest addition to unique food combinations, Old Chang Kee is introducing its Durian Curry Chicken 'O as part of Curry Day 2018. I mean durian and Old Chang Kee's Curry Chicken 'O are both good on its own, but have you ever wondered how a mashup of the two would taste like?
Well, there's only one way to find out. Head down to Velocity@Novena Square this weekend (27-28 Jul 2018) for Old Chang Kee's Curry Day 2018. For all you know, it might just be surprisingly good! Love it or hate it - we're sure many of you are dying to find out.
But if durian is too pungent for you, Old Chang Kee will also be introducing its Jackfruit Curry Chicken 'O ?
Jackfruit is no stranger to savoury food but jackfruit curry puffs? That's something new!
If these two new flavours aren't your cup of tea, you can still treat yourself to all things curry at the event. Other than their good 'ol Curry 'Os and Curry Chicken Buns, you can also look forward to more interesting treats like Chicken Chunky Pops with Curry Sauce and Merlion Curry Cookies.
Plus, there'll also be free activities for you to try out such as curry puff crimping sessions and or a chance to pound your own curry spices.
