With gorgeous views all around like this, it feels like a dream to stay at Dunalastair Hotel Suites. Its current owners are Muslim and the hotel's restaurant serves halal meat ?

Disclaimer: We've personally checked with the hotel on the halal status of their restaurant. While pork products are served only at breakfast, these items are stored, prepared and cooked separately from all other items and dishes. The hotel also does not use any alcohol in their food. But do dine at your own discretion.

While the hotel serves alcohol to customers, they only offer table service for drinks in the lounge and there's no alcohol on display. So, rest assured, Dunalastair has taken the necessary steps to ensure the hotel is friendly to Muslims ?

But having halal food isn't the only reason why Dunalastair Hotel should be on every Muslim traveller's bucket list. The hotel has just been awarded a five-star award and did we mention that it's also a luxury boutique hotel? Stay in one of their 32 luxury suites with breathtaking views - this will be ideal for families, groups or even couples on their honeymoon!
