McDonald's Chicken McCrispy is back - and you can be assured that it's for good this time, as the fast-food chain has announced that it will be a permanent menu item from 1 July 2021 onwards. The well-loved dish was first introduced in the 90's before it became discontinued in 2002. It even made a short comeback last year and now we're happy to share that it's here to stay! You may be more accustomed to going to McDonald's for your burger fix, but the Chicken McCrispy is here to change that. Think crisp, savoury McWings, but bigger. We mean in size and in quantity, as the new menu comes in a whole bucket, a bundle or a meal. The 6-pcBucket meal ($18.10) comes with three thighs and three drumsticks. Bite into the crunchy, golden-brown coated skin till you reach the middle of the succulent meat that will leave you wanting more. We thought that the batter was thick and crispy too, which made it all the more delicious! If you want to get the most bang for your buck, the 6-pc Value Bundle ($21.50) comes with 2 medium fries and 2 small Coke. If you're flying solo, the Extra Value Meal ($8.40) gives you a classic 2-piece meal of the Chicken McCrispy, along with medium fries and a small coke.

The Chicken McCrispy is exclusively available at all McDonald's restaurants after breakfast hours except at these six restaurants: McDonald’s Shell Tampines, McDonald’s Shell Hougang, McDonald’s Shell Havelock, McDonald’s Clementi Avenue 3, McDonald’s Parklane and McDonald’s Tampines Kiosk. Apart from dine-in, it will also be available via McDelivery, Drive-Thru, FoodPanda and GrabFood.
