The menu was specially curated by Chef Mickael Cornac, a Muslim revert. Chef Mickael hails from Carcassonne, Southern France. His main inspiration for the menu was the tradition in France where family and friends gathered to celebrate Christmas. Meals were never overly fancy. The atmosphere and bonds among family and friends made this period extra memorable for him.

The menu starts with Halal Cold Cuts and leads to Surf & Turf. Chef Mickael aims to recreate the flavours of his childhood memories. He will use Ceps and Morel mushrooms, which are seasonal, to give the dishes an extra touch of winter in France. Giant River Prawns will also be used in this menu.

There may be no snow in Singapore, but Chef Mickael hopes that all diners will feel the warmth and comfort it brings to the soul as families and friends gather over a meal in the coldness of southern France.
