Known for its beautiful aesthetics, pop-up events and wide selection of books, this place is famous for its impeccable vibes. As Japan's largest bookstore chain, TSUTAYA Bookstore has up to 1,200 stores in Japan, and more in Taiwan and China. But TSUTAYA is always more than just a bookstore - often, their outlets are home to cafes, art displays, lounge areas and pop-up events, making it an exciting place to head to. One of its outlets in Tokyo even has an outdoor restaurant! No wonder there's so much buzz around it.

The bookstore chain is also known for its beautiful aesthetics. At Japan's Hiraka-T outlet, their floor-to-ceiling shelves are filled with books, has ample natural light shining through glass walls and the best part is, you don't have to purchase anything from the bookstore or cafe! If Japan's outlets are already that beautiful, we can only imagine what Malaysia's outlet will be like. ?

According to Lifestyle Asia, Malaysia's outlet will span 31,000 square feet. Within it: a dedicated space for family-friendly activities, a playground, a cafe and more! Don't worry about getting lost, though. TSUTAYA Bookstores are known to have teams of experts that will provide you with any help, or even personalised recommendations when it comes to picking a book.
