Penangites rejoice! Korea's famous toast and coffee shop, Isaac Toast just announced through their Instagram post that they are opening their first outlet in Penang this December 2021! It is one the best-selling toast joints in South Korea and has over 800 outlets across the world including Singapore, Macau, Taiwan, and Malaysia. Though it is not halal-certified, all outlets in Malaysia only use halal-certified ingredients from suppliers who have the JAKIM certification and don't serve pork, lard or alcohol for our Muslim friends.

Korea's Isaac Toast Is Finally Opening In Penang

On 1 Dec, Isaac Toast will make its grand opening at Shell, Upper Penang Road! Everyone loves a good toast or sandwich to start the day and you should head over to Isaac Toast to try their famous sandwiches. What sets this chain apart from other with its toasts is that each toast is freshly grilled to order over butter and drizzled with their secret sauce. Though the toasts are grilled, they're still fluffy yet crispy - the perfect texture for a delicious bite!

Wondering what to get when you're at the cafe in Penang? Start the day with their best-selling Potato Double Cheese! Sandwiched between two toasts are hash browns slathered with smooth cream cheese and melted cheddar cheese. If you prefer your sandwich to have meat, try the signature Double Cheese Chicken Cutlet for a taste of juicy chicken with melted cheese or you could try between the Deep Cheese Chicken Slice or Deep Cheese Turkey Slice with an option to add-on their golden hash browns!.
