What we love about Irvin's is their generous salted egg seasoning and crispy fish skin plus abundant curry leaves. The salted egg taste isn't too overwhelming and it would even win non-salted egg fans over! We'd be lying if we said we didn't agree with their tagline - "Dangerously Addictive"?
