1. Jumbo Platter (Sinar Malay Seafood)

If you’re a fan of seafood, you’d definitely love Sinar Malay Seafood’s Jumbo Platter, which has 10 different seafood items cooked in different ways. Feast on their Two Chilli Crabs drenched in their flavourful sweet and spicy sauce, or enjoy their Salted Egg Prawns which are deep fried to a perfect crisp and topped with salted egg sauce.

The set also comes with their delectable Tom Yum Seafood Soup which will leave your taste buds tingling. This spicy treat packs a punch and comes with generous servings of prawns, squid and fish slices ?

2. Rock Sugar Honey Stone Crab (Cajun On Wheels)

Cajun On Wheels (or C.O.W) has been blowing us away with its Louisiana-style seafood buckets, served in a gourmet truck setting. It’s known for its unique range of sauces from Singapore Chilli Crab and Salted Egg Yolk to Thai Red Curry. This Ramadan, C.O.W is spicing up its menu to bring you their Rock Sugar Honey Stone Crab!

Rock sugar is traditionally used in Chinese cuisine but now it’s fused with Cajun-style cooking. With the sweet taste of pure Australian honey and yellow rock sugar, whipped up with classic Cajun on Wheels’ inclusion of spices and pepper, prepare your taste buds for a unique mix of flavours. Bet you never knew you could savour your crabs this way ?

3. Roast Beef with Salted Egg Mashed Potatoes (Furama City Centre Hotel)

Looking to iftar with something fancy? Head over to Furama City Centre’s Tiffany Cafe for their Roast Beef with Salted Egg Mashed Potatoes. Tender beef striploin encrusted with salted egg potatoes and then slow roasted on low heat, this is unlike anything you’ve tasted before ?

We’re pretty sure you’ll be loving this juicy and flavourful treat. You can find their Roast Beef with Salted Egg Mashed Potatoes in the buffet line during Ramadan (17 May to 14 June). Lobster is all the craze these days, but who needs lobster nasi lemak and pasta when you can have Lobster Nasi Ambeng from Penang Culture? With a chunky piece of cheese baked lobster, paired with traditional Malay dishes like ayam masak merah and mutton rendang, this dish is made for 2 and costs just $38.80++ ?

If you’re looking for something more traditional, get their Nasi Ambeng Classic, which has a variety of mouthwatering Malay favourites like BBQ Stingray and sambal prawns. Fish & Chicks is no stranger to the hawker food scene in Singapore. With its tantalising fish and chips fried to a perfect crisp slathered with yummy sauces, Fish & Chicks really knows the way to our hearts (or tummies!).
