Tips for Ramadan Bazaar
1. Wear comfortable shoes
You'll be doing a lot of walking at these bazaars! Be it going to one huge bazaar or several, you need a good pair of shoes that can withstand it.
If it does rain, make sure your shoes are (relatively) waterproof as there can be mud at the bazaars!
2. Be mindful
Fasting or not, it's always good to be mindful of others around you. Don't push or shove, and be understanding. Especially when it comes to parking.
Be patient and slowly make your way through. Yes, it's hot and sweaty but well-worth for the great food and vibes!
3. Check the traffic before you go
Before heading down, check the traffic a week before you're planning to go! You can monitor what times it gets packed and when the best time is to go.
Looking for other alternative routes to the bazaars can also help you avoid the traffic.
Ramadan Bazaar's aren't only known for their food but also their culture and significance in bringing people together. The next time you visit one, but sure to take in the atmosphere while shopping for food!
