We are all aware that eateries, restaurants and hawkers in Singapore are struggling once again with no dine-in during this period of Covid-19

Not all eateries out there are on delivery platforms and some of them cannot afford delivery fees. That's why we've rounded up this list of eateries that are not delivering, but you can still pay a visit to buy their takeaway options! Let's support those that are still working to make ends meet and are still serving good food during this time ?

2. Salaz Putu Piring

If you need a light snack while on the way home, here's where you can pick up the traditional putu piring! Previously at 21 Baghdad Street, this putu piring stall run by a makcik now operates at the Kampong Glam area under Route 12. You can get four pieces of fluffy putu piring in each order, filled with rich gula melaka and topped with grated coconut - all for $2!

The fragrant rice, fried chicken, soft egg and crunchy ikan bilis along with sambal is hardly ever a miss in our books, especially when you can support local hawkers at the same time. They also have their signature Rendang without the MSG or preservatives, and is also slowly cooked for 3 hours following the traditions from its Minangkabau roots. 4. Haji E-Moiden Food Stall

Known for their super crispy Roti Prata Kosong, the Haji E-Moiden Food Stall in Teban Gardens Market and Food Centre is a hidden gem serving $1 prata kosong! They also have noodles like Mee Hoon Goreng and Mee Goreng but their prata is the signature dish for you to try for sure ? Their dalcha and curry are made fresh daily too - so come early and get a nice, warm breakfast for takeaway before they sell out at 10:30AM due to high demand!
