It's hard not to love halal Thai food and if you miss travelling to Thailand, we've got some great news! A halal Thai eatery specialising in halal boat noodles has recently opened in Orchard ? Hat Yai Noodle Bar is tucked all the way at the basement of Orchard Getaway and it's the latest eatery to add to your halal food in Orchard list!
Hat Yai Noodle Bar previously had an outlet at I12 Katong but it closed down in early 2020. Now, you can savour their noodles in a more central location! They have 3 different soup bases - chicken, beef or tom yum. Or you can also choose to have it dry with soup on the side. But their specialties are their braised beef tendon and braised duck boat noodles, which are more tender and flavourful, pairing well with the broths. You can customise your noodles from kway teow to glass noodles, wheat noodles, rice noodles and more!

One of their other best-sellers is also the braised duck Thai porridge. You can also enjoy their braised duck with rice or enjoy Thai meat skewers and chicken wings on the side.
Of course, no Thai meal is complete without desserts and drinks! A bite of the iconic Thai dessert, Mango Sticky Rice is a must. Alternatively, there also serve Thai Red Ruby, Thai Cendol and of course, beverages like Thai Milk Tea, Green Milk Tea and more!
