For the uninitiated, Heritage Collection is a homegrown boutique hotel chain and they have serviced apartments too. The chain has 4 properties in “The Quays” neighbourhood that are located across Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and Robertson Quay. Their newest outlet is Heritage Collection on Boat Quay (Quayside Wing) which has elegant river-facing rooms that overlook the balcony, as well as studio rooms!

The hotel is planning to open not just 1, but 2 halal F&B spaces on the ground floor of their charming shophouse hotel located on Boat Quay’s riverfront. Now, this is where it gets exciting. 2 F&B operators will share the ground floor hotel lobby space with Heritage Collection. Besides the prime spot, the 1,070 sq ft store interior will be designed by the hotel’s design team, in classic Western style and lush greenery. Full renovation costs are covered, including furniture and lightings (worth $100k). The F&B operators will also get to enjoy lower than publicised rental rates which are currently between $7,500 and $9,500 per month.

Example of a collaboration between Heritage Collection and the winners

Plus, the hotel is also keen to collaborate with the winners of the competition to create exclusive dining packages for guests staying in The Quays neighbourhood.
