In a corner of Botanic Gardens’ Cluny Food Court is a hidden gem, Piccante Pronto, a halal eatery known for its Roman-style pizzas and other Italian dishes!
Helmed by Muslim Chef, Chef Fadzil, Piccante Pronto is ushering in new standards for the halal Italian food scene in Singapore. Having had extensive training in Italian cuisine and a good understanding of Singaporeans’ taste, you’ll get an authentic Italian treat that’ll leave your taste buds happy! ?

You can’t go wrong with comforting cheesy baked pasta and Piccante Pronte has 4 on its menu! Choose from Mushroom Alfredo ($12) – fusilli tossed in creamy sautéed mushrooms with an egg nestled in the middle, topped with a drizzle of aromatic white truffle oil and grated Parmesan; or Turkey Ham Carbonara ($12) which boasts turkey ham slices, chicken strips and al dente pasta enveloped in a velvety cream sauce! ?
Oh, and not forgetting their tomato-based options like traditional Arrabiata ($10) and Bolognese ($10) ? There’s something for everyone’s palate!

Last but definitely not least, Piccante Pronto’s Pizzas! Look forward to perfectly-charred pizzas with a thin crust topped with a generous layer of fresh, appetising ingredients. There are two categories of pizzas - Classico and Speciale. Choose from 8 flavours under the Classico Pizza category which includes options like Diavola (beef pepperoni)and Suprema Pizza. If you love all things spicy, you have to try the Suprema Pizza which is topped with red chilli padi, chicken sausage slices, onions and shiitake mushrooms! ?
The Carne from the Speciale Pizza category is a meat lover’s dream come true. With turkey ham, beef pepperoni, meatballs and melted mozzarella toppings, you’ll be in for a treat!
