7. Mad Bros SG Here's a halal hawker serving Japanese food - MAD BROS SG. Located in Tanjong Pagar Plaza, MAD BROS SG is a Muslim-owned stall that opened in September last year.
Their menu consists of various ramen and donburi (rice bowls) like Tori Pai Tan, a creamy chicken broth ramen; Tori Kare Raisu, white rice with a generous side serving of curry with chicken, potatoes, and carrots; and Tori Katsu Kare Raisu, with a crispy chicken cutlet drenched
