Anyone else missing Japan? Our writer, Wani Sulaiman, tries to satisfy her longing to visit Japan again with a halal Japanese curry restaurant!

The only Halal Japanese Curry Restaurant in the Singapore! We just couldn't miss out on that special Ichiban that we had back in Tokyo. And since Japan fever has hit us recently, we just couldn't resist! Plus, with all the past travel memories, and us being anime lovers (currently watching Food Wars!), the knowledge that there was halal Japanese Curry out there did not help suppress the longing feeling to be back in Japan!

Once we were allowed to dine in with 5pax set in, we decided to try the long awaited Monster Planet in Jewel Changi Airport.

We ordered the Japanese Curry Rice with Omelette and other sides such as the Salmon Fried Cake, our highly missed Matcha-Latte (this time with the famous adzuki beans), and of course desserts, one of which was the parfait ?

Our group of three had two mains, 2 sides, 2 desserts and 3 drinks! It was so filling and good, it definitely helped us refresh and reminisce our food hunts in Japan. Thumbs up to Monster Planet for bringing back the taste to us. It was the closest we could get to curing the longing for Japan!
