Previously known as Niu Zou La Mian, the stall at Food Point Food Court located in Ubi recently changed its name - but continues to serve its signature Lanzhou Beef Ramen ($6) noodles. All noodles are hand-pulled and cooked to order, which means you'll have to wait for your dish to be ready - though it's a guarantee they'll be served fresh straight to you!
At just $6, the dish consists of a generous portion of noodles, beef, soup and vegetables. The dish comes with a nice tinge of spiciness that gives you that extra kick as you slurp down the broth, along with chewy beef slices and of course, the hand-pulled noodles that gives this stall its specialty. Every strand is springy and firm, coated with chili oil for extra flavour.

The stall has come a long way since it first opened in 2019, serving their Lanzhou Beef noodles specialty. Now, it even serves dry and fried La Mian noodles for those who want a variety. Pick from their mutton or beef options and dig into a nicely stir-fried mix of meat, sweet onions and vegetables on top of your hand-pulled noodles!
Do note that it's best to come after 12pm when the full menu is available. Now it's time to share this eatery and plan your next takeaway meal! ?
