Rosti Meats Chilli Con Carne

If you want an all-day breakfast with your typical eggs benedict and sausages, Mondays is the place to be. They elevate the experience of having brunch with their minimalistic but cozy interior and delicious meals. The Mondays Egg-citing Eggs Benedict is the perfect brunch meal, where two beautifully poached eggs are complemented with a rich Dutch sauce, smoked salmon, and crunchy sourdough bread. Just passing by the Bugis area? Walk past the bustling crowds of Bugis+ and Bugis Street to the neighbourhood behind to find STACK. STACK offers a selection of large sandos (sandwiches) and rice bowls that you can either eat at the area or take away with you! Try their Apollo Cheese, a pulled beef and smoked cheddar sandwich that will take your hunger away. Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is run by the Dutch Colony Coffee Company which also has a roastery and coffee academy in Singapore. Their Western and local fusion dishes are plated to perfection, and they're most known for their all-day breakfasts! Try the House Pancakes, Shabsouka & Soft-Boiled Egg Toast, and Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries first. Then everything else second. 22. Anna's Sourdough

Sourdough isn't new to us, but a cafe serving sourdough-based dishes only might be. The founder, Anna, behind your favourite comfort soup spot, The Soup Spoon, has opened a new cafe in Punggol, called Anna's Sourdough, with a menu surrounding the moist, earthy sourdough - think beyond bread (yup, drinks included).
