Être Patisserie's founder is Chef Ann who sharpened her culinary skills at Le Cordon Blue Paris and worked professionally in France at Michelin-starred restaurants! She worked at world-famous Parisan pastry shop, Pierre Hermé, 3 Michelin-starred restaurant Alain Ducasse and Joel Robuchon - world-renowned French restaurants. The reason why the cafe is called 'Être Patisserie' is because they want the younger generation to chase their dreams asêtre' means purpose and Chef Ann truly believes it's important to encourage youth to reach for the stars. With the beautiful meaning behind this cafe and her impressive culinary background, it's no surprise that the French desserts and pastries here are out of this world! Whenever you're taking a road trip to Ipoh, it's a must to visit Être Patisserie and enjoy their delicious sweet treats.

Among the desserts you have to try at the cafe is the Tarte Au Citron, a citrusy cake with made with French almond tart, fresh lemon cream and marshmellow meringue with fresh lemon zest - a treat for people who love lemon desserts!
