1. Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 3 pieces (1 pack) of Sadia's Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced
  • 1.5 cup of diced kimchi
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 scallion chopped
  • 2 small carrot finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2.5 cup of cooked rice
  • Oil for stir-frying
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. After thawing, pan fry Sadia’s Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast for 1.5 - 2.5 minutes. Once done, set it aside to cool before slicing up into smaller chunks
  2. Chop and dice the scallion, onion, carrot and kimchi.
  3. On a separate pan, lightly oil your skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. 
  4. Toss your onion and scallion in and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
  5. Add the kimchi, carrots, soy sauce and gochujang. Stir-fry for about 3 to 4 minutes until the kimchi turns soft.
  6. Add the rice and reduce the heat to medium-low. Break up any clumps of rice and stir until everything is well incorporated.
  7. Turn up the heat once again and add in the sliced chicken breast before you continue to fry
  8. Give it a little taste and adjust the seasonings to your preference with salt, pepper and sesame oil.
  9. Garnish with chopped scallion and top with the optional fried egg or dried seaweed

2. Stir-Fry Chicken Noodles

You don’t need to be a kitchen expert to make Stir-Fry Chicken Noodles. Just add the ingredients in the wok and stir fry until it’s cooked! Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500g of yellow noodles

  • 2 scallion chopped
  • 2 cups of chopped vegetables of your choice (carrots, bok choy, bean sprouts or cabbage)
  • 4 lime wedges for flavour (serve on the side)
  • Salt, pepper or seasoning to taste
  • Optional: 2 red chillies chopped (skip if you’re cooking for your kids)

Ingredients for sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Directions

  1. Stir the sauce ingredients together and set it aside
  2. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over a medium heat 
  4. Stir fry the scallions (save a bit for later) and chopped vegetables
  5. Add sliced Sadia’s Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast into the wok (after thawing) and fry it together with the vegetables
  6. Add the yellow noodles to the wok and sauce to the wok and stir fry until it mixes well
  7. Add salt, pepper or seasoning and adjust it to your preference. Then, mix it again. 
  8. Once done, place the stir-fry noodles on a plate and sprinkle some scallions on top.
  9. Squeeze a lime wedge on your noodles before eating

3. Breaded Chicken Cutlet With Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Deep fry Sadia’s Breaded Chicken Cutlet straight from the freezer at 175 degree Celsius for 5 - 6 minutes
    • Other methods: Air fry or oven bake straight from the freezer at 200 degree Celsius for 12 minutes

  2. While waiting, slice some lettuce, cherry tomatoes and onions. Then, toss it with salad dressing in a large bowl
  3. Once done, place the breaded chicken cutlets on a plate and serve with mayonnaise and side salad

4. Honey Roast Chicken With Pasta

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 500g of fusilli pasta 
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic 

Directions

  1. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions
  2. Add the minced garlic in the pan and cook until it’s golden brown
  3. Add the boiled pasta in the pan and top it with Italian seasoning. Once done, place it in a large bowl
  4. Pan fry Sadia’s Honey Roasted Chicken Leg for 1.5 - 2.5 minutes (after thawing)
    • Other methods: Oven bake straight from the freezer at 200 degree Celsius for 12-14 minutes or microwave (800w) straight from the freezer at 200 degree Celsius for 4-7 minutes

  5. Once done, serve the honey roasted chicken leg on a plate with a side of pasta topped with grated parmesan cheese

5. Chicken Pasta With Cherry Tomatoes

Directions

  1. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions
  2. While waiting for the pasta to boil, microwave (800w) Sadia’s Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast straight from the freezer for 3.5 - 4.5 minutes 
    • Other method: Pan fry Sadia’s Pepper Grilled Chicken Breast for 1.5 - 2.5 minutes after thawing

  3. Once the chicken breast is cooked, place it on a plate to cool before slicing 
  4. In a pan, heat the olive oil over a medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion and cook until brown.
  5. Add boiled pasta into the pan and top it with sliced chicken breast, basil leaves and Italian seasoning before mixing
  6. Once done, place the pasta on a plate and top it with grated parmesan cheese
