This new menu showcases a lavish selection of dishes, each crafted with premium ingredients and authentic Japanese flair. From fresh seafood delights to heartwarming classics and creative Japanese fusion, there’s something here to delight every taste bud!
Don’t miss the Sengiri Potato Salad, made irresistibly creamy with rich Hokkaido Milk, or the comforting Kaisen Nabe – a seafood hotpot in a tangy Kombu broth that’s simply bursting with flavour.
For a mouth-watering twist, try the Sake no Shoyu Butter, where grilled salmon is elevated with buttery, soy-infused goodness and sea grapes (umi budo) for an unforgettable taste.
Indulge in the Fresh Japanese Seafood selection with 15 premium sashimi varieties flown in fresh just for you! Kick off your meal with the Sake Tamago Maki – a sweet, umami-filled salmon roll paired with a Japanese omelette.
