Stiq is a humble stall that's committed to serving some of the most affordable steaks in town. While Stiq's original outlet at Wangsa Maju is closed to dine-in customers for this period, you can still savour their mouth-watering dishes at Signature Kaw Kaw x Stiq at PJ. Stiq's signature Beef Stiq is priced starting from just RM27 - this one is slow-cooked for 22 hours to give it its perfect texture. For something a little more premium, their Grass-Fed Striploin (300-350g) will be ideal and comes with salted butter and creamy black pepper corn. They use the sous vide method of cooking that requires the meat to be vacuum-sealed in a temperature-controlled water bath before grilling it upon customers' orders. For a meal to share with loved ones, you'd want to get the Wagyu Striploin (marble score of 6/7) or Bone Ribs (slow-cooked for 30 hours)!
