Oh, what a delightful story! A talented nasi lemak seller has become an overnight sensation! Her mouth-watering dishes went viral, and now she has a massive following of devoted foodies! People are lining up for hours just to get a taste of her home-cooked menu, which includes delicious squid sambal, chicken rendang, and quail egg sambal.

Sangeetha, affectionately known as "Akka Nasi Lemak," has been running her humble stall in Seri Kembangan for about a decade, but it was only recently that her stall gained popularity after a TikTok video review of her cuisine by the food blog KL Foodie. It's amazing to see how a small video can create such a huge impact and bring so much joy to people's lives!

Although many commenters were thrilled to see the public support for a local Indian trader, some were surprised that customers were willing to queue for such extended periods of time. One TikTok user, @meerasha2, shared her incredible 11-hour wait to visit the stall, while @haxrexnaxxiax_08 recounted standing in line for seven hours just to get their hands on some of the highly sought-after nasi lemak packs.

Not only is the stall owner friendly, but netizens also pointed out that her portions were huge and generous. The nasi lemak has a big portion, large chickens, large prawns, an extensive variety of side dishes, and there are even two versions of sambal of varying levels of spiciness!

Twitter user @pereira9403 said he had braved heavy rain to join the queue at 4.30am before finally being served at 8.45am. He noted how Malaysians would share their umbrellas with those that don't have one. Such a heartwarming story of how Malaysians would get together for nasi lemak!

Sangeetha has since set up her own TikTok account to keep her followers informed on updates regarding her stall. Her most recent video posted on Wednesday notes that she will be taking a brief break due to an unstable water supply in her area.
