This Chilli Crab Stew is certainly a genius way of incorporating the flavours of the quintessentially Singapore dish. Best part, you don't have to deal with the mess that comes with deshelling crab. Served with fried mantou, the stew features chunks of crab meat, and garnished with a beautiful sous vide egg!
2. Serunding and Lemak Cili Padi Bao

Serunding is the Malays' version of pulled beef floss, and is typically eaten with other festive dishes and ketupat (soft rice cakes). SteamHaus SG's bao remix features its homemade serunding, a splash of lemak cili padi sauce and spring onion- all sandwiched between soft, steamed buns ?
