For starters, get their chef's recommendation of Creamy Spinach & Crabmeat Soup or the 1819 Baked Seafood Chowder with baked puff pastry. Move on to their Western delicacies like the Grilled Chicken & Lobster with Blue Pea Flower Rice. The baked lobster with grilled juicy chicken is served with Nasi kerabu and tulang sauce for the perfect main dish.

For the meat lover, the Surf & Turf Burger consists of the homemade wagyu patty with cheese and lobster between burger buns. Remove the bun, pull the lobster meat out onto the patty and savour all the tastes together ? The Grilled Rib Eye is another alternative if you're not particularly into seafood, and the dish comes with smashed baby potato and daily vegetables with a choice of Black Pepper or Garlic Cream sauce.
Going in a group of five? Their Mediterranean cuisine includes Shakshuka, MIXED GRILLED platters, Beef and Cheese Pide and Grilled Lamb Chops that are perfect for sharing. From 16 July 2021, the high tea sessions at 1819 are open for a party of 2 ($24.90/pax) or a party of 4 ($21.90/pax). Depending on the number of diners, each set comes with 3 or 5 desserts, 2 or 4 coffees (2 refills) or 1 or 2 pots of tea (2 refills). An additional pax is at $19.90 and includes 1 dessert, 1 coffee or tea (2 refills). With Belgian Chocolate, Tiramisu Cheese Cakes, Chocolate Fudge Round Cakes, Kunefe, Baklava and more, it'll be the perfect high tea fit for you and your loved ones! ?
